AVAILABLE    KITTENS

Psalm 139:13-14

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.

I praise you because I am Fearfully and Wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

WELCOME TO OUR AVAILABLE KITTEN PAGE

Welcome to our Available kitten page! The kittens are so much fun! I truly enjoy loving on them and watching them grow each day! I hope you enjoy viewing the babies and if you see one you just have to have or have any questions,  please give me a call or shoot me a text or email. Calling and texting are always the quickest way to reach me. If you're curious what the process is, if you spot your forever lap baby, you will need to make arrangements to come and meet and/or pick up your new baby as long as he or she is ready to go. This means he or she is at least 8 weeks of age and has received his/her required Certificate of Veterinary Inspection from our vet and is eating well and using litter box reliably. If the kitten you are choosing is not ready to go, then you may place a $200 deposit to reserve that special kitten. The deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your kitten when you come to pick him or her up. For more information you can visit our INFO page .

Sometimes, in pictures, you may notice a darker color around the kittens' mouths. It is basically a "milk mustache", which fades away once they stop nursing ;)

Our kittens are much tinier in person than you can tell by the pictures. The pictures are taken up close so you can see details. I am using a small camera and have no training in photography so color and other aspects may not be perfect as well. And, when taking pictures the kittens rarely cooperate
Needless to say, the babies  are much cuter in person

From time to time I'm asked about the kitten's eyes. For whatever reason, in pictures, the kittens' eyes sometimes appear to  look outwards from each other. In person you would see that they look normal. I have my theories on why this happens, but first I would like to point out that my pictures are, for the most part,  bright and  clear and taken up close while so many other sellers' kittens' pictures are done so poorly you're lucky if you can even see the kittens' eyes. My guess for why this happens is the kittens are moving, especially their eyes are moving,  looking around. Also, immature eye control may play a part. And maybe the shape of the head (Persians have very round heads) and flatter face.  I believe, especially while babies, their  facial structure plays a big part in it since it occurs more frequently in young kittens than adults. Also, sometimes in pictures, one eye will be closed more than the other. I try not to post pictures like that because, just as soon as I do, someone will undoubtedly ask me if the kitten has a large eye and a small eye.🙄I mean...seriously? Hasn't anyone ever seen that even we humans often have one eye closed or squinted more than the other in pictures. But people seriously ask me that. For the record, the kittens have normal kitten eyes!

New Litter

Sassy surprised us with seven beautiful Himalayan kittens born yesterday, 1-24-21. They are all expected to be doll face. The kittens will be ready on Tue. March 30th. I am doing everything I can to ensure they all survive.  She has plenty of milk so I am praying they all make it. I also am prepared to supplement them if needed. Because they are brand new, I am willing to accept a deposit on 1st and 2nd pick girl kitten and 1st pick boy kitten. You will choose which one you want when they are between 2 1/2 to 3 weeks old. By then I will be sure on sex and color of each of the babies. I will accept deposits on the other kittens once they are 7 - 10 days old. Again, you don't have to choose which one you want until they are 2 1/2 to 3 weeks old. By then their eyes will be fully opened and their sex and color more certain.

In this litter, we have dark seal points and the lighter kittens are either seal points with lighter colored body and/or blue/lilac points.

I haven't named these kittens yet.  Since I've just done the Story Book and Fairy Tale themes, and there are 7, I'm considering the 7 dwarfs.

Their father is Aslan. You can scroll down to see Sassy's and Aslan's last litter to know what these should look like in a few weeks. Look for the "Harvest Nut" litter, Chestnut, Hazelnut and Cashew.

The kittens are $1350, $200 down will reserve your choice. I am accepting deposit for 1st choice boy and 1st (taken) and 2nd choice girl. I will accept more deposits after the kittens are 7 - 10 days old.

Away...

The stork arrived on the eve of the 18th December 2020. The delivery was 3 healthy bundles of joy. A bouncing, presumably white, girl named Bambi, a presumably white boy named Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and a torti surprise I'm calling Thumbelina. Thumbelina is the 4th torti surprise we have gotten from Angel over the years. Angel's sister, Charlie, is a torti. As I mentioned before, I am going to continue the story book theme calling them the Fairy Tale litter. And this is very fitting since Fairy Tales are often love stories and these little guys will be ready on February 13th, the day before Valentine's Day      Sire is Shiloh

The Fairy Tale kittens have all been reserved!

We have new litters coming in March !
